For lease

Space with the rent structure written in English.

What NNN means here

On a triple-net lease the tenant typically pays base rent plus property taxes, building insurance, and common-area maintenance. That is different from a modified-gross deal, where the landlord keeps more of those costs in the rent number.

What we ask for

  • Desired square footage and use (retail, office, shop, warehouse).
  • Preferred term (example: 5 or 7 years with options).
  • Security deposit comfort and personal/corporate guarantee.
  • Any TI or signage needs before you take occupancy.
